Shelly Kwiatkouski

My name is Shelly Kwiatkouski, and I am a yoga teacher, mentor, and lifelong student with a passion for helping others discover their unique gifts and potential. As a graduate of the Berkeley Psychic Institute in Berkeley, California, I completed years of training in clairvoyance, trance mediumship, spiritual healing, channeling, and intuitive development.

This foundation, combined with over 20 years as a yoga teacher and studio owner, has shaped my approach to teaching—blending practical wisdom, spiritual insight, curiosity, and compassion.

Known for my authentic, down-to-earth style and love of learning, I enjoy creating spaces where students feel supported, inspired, and empowered to grow both on and off the mat.
